Hello friends!

 

Some of you may already know that as of May 12, 2020, we have re-opened our dining room and patio, observing the 50% occupancy and safety guidelines set forth by the state. We are excited to feel a little bit more “normal”, and of course we are so excited to see all of you! You truly are like family to all of us. 

 

Due to the limited seating and social distancing guidelines, we have a couple of announcements to make:

 

We are asking that everyone please enter on the 410 Old Town Street side (AKA, our main entrance). 

 

Please also check-in with the hostess, and please wait to be seated.

 

We can only seat a small amount of guests at the bar counter top, so most of those seats are also being reserved in advance.

 

With that being said, reservations are not required, but are strongly recommended. We are booking up quicker than usual, so please try to make your arrangements as soon as you can.

 

Please call to cancel your reservations, if you see that you will not be able to make it.

 

We will require a credit card for all reservations. You will not be charged, unless you no-show, or cancel in under 30 minutes of your reservation time.

 

As always, we will do our very best to seat you in your desired location, but we can’t promise specific tables at this time.

 

We will not seat you on the patio, unless you request it. If there is rain in the forecast, we will not reserve or seat the patio, as we will not have an inclement weather backup for these tables.

 

We, the OTSH staff, will be wearing masks, as it is required. We will also be going above and beyond to assure the utmost sanitation of the dining room and restrooms.

 

We never want to rush anyone out, during a dining experience, but please be mindful of the lack of seating that we do have available, and please be courteous to other guests that would also like to dine. If you would like to stay past our 2 hour reservation window, perhaps a later reservation (7:30-8:30) would be a better time. 

 

We will be closing at 9pm Tuesday-Thursday, and at 10pm Friday-Saturday. However, as usual, this does not mean that you will be asked to leave at closing time. We are seating until 30 minutes prior to closing, or later, if business calls for it. We want to be flexible, so please communicate any requirements for a reservation after 30 minutes prior to closing, and we will make that work for you.

Call in orders can be placed from 2pm-7:30pm by calling 256-582-1676. Pickup begins at 5pm-and goes through 9pm. Please call 256-582-1676 to learn about our specials. We are also posting most information on Instagram and Facebook.

Please do not try to place orders, or ask time sensitive questions through social media, or email.

Please go through the proper channels when placing orders, making reservations, or calling for specials, as this will give you the quickest, and most reliable service possible.
